Travel from Bangalore Airport to Mysore
The Air Frace flight arrives in Bangalore around 11:45 PM and I expect to be out of the airport middle of the night sometime. So what is the best way to go to Mysore from the airport in the night. Is there any bus service from Airport to Mysore during the night? What is a reasonable cost for transporation from Bangalore Airport to Mysore? This is just for one person carrying two baggages.
Thanks

By Bus: If you are traveling between 6AM to 10PM then you can get number of luxury buses from Banglore to Mysore, ticket price is Rs.550 (seat) and 750 (sleeper). You can go to Majestic (Banglore) and can get a bus to Mysore after every 1 hour (Between 6AM to 10PM).
By Train: Traveling by train is not an good option for you as Yashwantpur Train Station is far from Airport and getting on the spot reservation is not an option between Banglore and Mysore.
By Taxi: There are number of operators who can provide you AC cab to Mysore in just Rs. 2000 or you can pay as you go (Rs. 10 per km). I always prefer hiring a taxi coz you can stop it anywhere to click some pictures or even to enjoy roadside food.
Wish you a nice stay in India

There is a KSTDC (Karnataka Holidays) Counter in BIAL airport. Karnataka Taxis is a taxi service operated by KSTDC to provide hassle-free transport across Karnataka. Premium high-end cars are deployed to help tourists travel in luxurious comfort across the state. One can choose from A/c or non A/c vehicles.
