Spiti Trek
I'm planning for a solo travel to Spiti in middle of August from 12th to 22nd. I'm a beginner at this and have no previous experience in staying outdoors. So, I tried looking around for tour operators, which I usually don't like. Even there, most don't have plans that I can get involved with due to various issues like time, money and size of group etc. Also, I guess the tour operators usually prefer rich foreigners instead of broke Indians like me.
Can anyone please suggest a trek route that'll be suitable for me ? I love walking in the mountains but I guess the heavy backpack will need more stamina than what I currently have. Any idea about the cost, time required and any detail that might help. I've looked through a few travel sites and all they tell is beauty of the place without and detail on what to do there and how.

I dont have answers to your queries but I do have a suggestion that you could talk to your friends and see if anyone is willing to join and get some more people to join you and it would be a lot more fun that way. You could try posting on facebook to see if any of your friends is interested.

I've started traveling solo after spoiling 3 trips with friends
No one I know is interested in trekking and the idea is to get away for some peace, away from the life in city
